Meet Nicole Estelle Roman
"By living intentionally, you pave the way for your heart to embrace healing, love, purpose, and the joy that comes from serving others."
My name is Nicole Estelle. I’m a cheerleader for Jesus who wears many hats under the umbrella of servant leadership. Everything I do, every message I deliver, and every space I enter is to inspire, encourage, and help others embrace the assignment God placed within them.
I am a servant leader, Elder, author, marketing consultant, transformational coach, motivational speaker, and advocate. I am passionate about helping others rise from adversity, heal deeply, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Whether I am speaking, coaching, ministering, or consulting, I aim to bring encouragement and practical guidance to every space I step into.
My professional journey began behind the scenes in television production, where I discovered the power of storytelling and the importance of connecting with people. From there, I moved into advertising, sharpening my skills in media buying and selling, and then naturally into client relations, where my ability to build trust and nurture relationships became my signature strength. These experiences laid the foundation for the multidimensional leader I am today. I help individuals and organizations communicate with purpose and step boldly into their God-given assignments.
My message of resilience and purpose has reached national audiences, including my TEDx talk, 21st Century Motherhood, where I shared insights into living a purposeful life after loss. My work in coaching, speaking, and ministry has been shaped by my own journey through both grief and triumph, and I hope it inspires hope and healing across generations. My contributions have earned numerous honors, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
In 2024, I released my debut book, How My Faith Brought Me Through, a resource offering spiritual wisdom and encouragement for anyone navigating loss. I hold an honorary Doctorate from the School of the Great Commission, have served on national boards including the American Childhood Cancer Organization, and have been deeply involved with the Christian Women in Media Association, serving as Membership Committee Director before stepping into my new role as Atlanta Connect Leader.
Alongside my husband, I lead a Cancer Cares Ministry. I also serve as an Elder at Life Changers FWCC, leading our social media team and dedicating time to discipleship, equipping, and encouraging members of our church community. Through speaking, coaching, and ministry, I strive to be a trusted Kingdom ambassador for Christ, helping others activate their faith, rise from adversity, find purpose in pain, and walk boldly in God’s healing power.

Nicole Estelle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
When I was a little girl, I did not know what I wanted to be when I grew up. Other kids would say things like a doctor, firefighter, or a teacher. I simply said that God was going to use me, but I had no clue what that meant. All I knew was I wanted to help people.
